Researched, designed and wrote the initial system administrator's guide and user guide for the Jupiter Element Management System, a network management system for telephone switches and devices. System information was obtained from interviews with engineers, design specifications, and use of pre-release software versions. The guides were produced with Adobe's FrameMaker 5.5 and Photoshop, and converted to PDF files with Adobe Acrobat. PDF files were used as online help files.
