STREAMware TCP/IP

Supervised development of documentation for STREAMware TCP/IP networking software for both clients (Santa Cruz Operation & AT&T Global Information Systems). SCO documentation produced in TROFF, which required the installation of SCO's UNIX documentation tool set. AT&T GIS documentation produced in both WORD for Windows and TROFF. Leveraged documentation efforts by developing macros for converting document files from TROFF source files (SCO) to WORD documents (AT&T) and vice versa. Acted as main client contact for documentation issues. Researched and wrote documentation for selected protocols. Edited all documentation to conform to each client's style guide.

PDF IconSCO Network Administrator's Guide, Configuring the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) (PDF) was written for the Lachman Networking Division's (Computer Associates International) implementation of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol developed for The Santa Cruz Operation. PDFIconIt was developed in UNIX TROFF using SCO's documentation tool set.

The Address Allocation Server (AAS) (PDF) was developed as a companion chapter in the SCO Network Administrator's Guide.

PDF IconSTREAMWare TCP Administrator's Guide, Chapter 5, Configuring IP Routing (PDF) is taken from the STREAMWare TCP Administrator's Guide developed for AT&T Global Information Systems by Lachman Networking Division (Computer Associates International). I rewrote sections of this chapter, added new information to support software changes and reformatted the chapter to meet the client's style guide.

STREAMWare TCP Administrator's Guide, Chapter 3, Point-to-Point Protocol (PDF) is also taken from the STREAMWare TCP Administrator's Guide developed for AT&T Global Information Systems by Lachman Networking Division (Computer Associates International). In similar fashion to Chapter 5, I rewrote sections of this chapter, added new information to support software changes and reformatted the chapter to meet the client's style guide.
